A handy program for compounded interest calculation.

I'd like to see two improvements for future releases:
1. Allows user to specify precision,i.g. 10 digits after decimal point.
2. Allows users to include both begin and end dates to be counted into number of days. For example, 1/1/2011 to 1/31/2011 is 31 days instead of 30 days in real world any interest calculation.

Does a good job. Happy with calculations and flexibility BUT it won't print the screen. Is there something missing which should be added to enable it to print the screen?

Not a flexible calculator at all! The interface can be simplified and made more user friendly. I for one will NOT recommend this for a website application. Further I will be deleting this program from my computer ASAP! In short it was a nice try but a garbage application.

A great tool for exactly what I needed. Straight interest calculator with the ability to add specific start and end dates for exact totals.

For a free program this worked better than I expected. With some work I can make it meet my needs.

A version that keeps running totals (perhaps in spreadsheet form) for variable time periods would be more usefull for me. Is there any plan on bringing out such a program whether for free or for sale?

Pluses for Daily Interest Calculator

Absolutely impressed with the programme. Saved me loads of time assessing amounts due on short term loans for the family. Pity i didn't come across this before. My only complaint is that it is not available for Mac's as I had to install and use it on my wife's Windows laptop. So is there a Mac version in the pipeline. Please!!

Daily Interest Option

Very easy and simple to use, just what I needed. I would like to know if its possible to paste/place a shortcut into an excell spread sheet so that its right at hand when needed? I haven't been able to do so. As I want to calculate daily interest over a period longer than a month, how can I adjust the 'daily' option to calculate all days in the month ie inclusive of day one or 31 days not 30?

Compound Interest

Excellent tool! I neeeded to use a few 'what-if' scenarios to determine the daily interest and compounding at different intervals to calculate the total interest earned over a certain period with different payments. The Daily Interest Calculator definitely helped!
